Slow Food Ludlow Marches present an evening's discussion with Professor Ralph Early, food scientist, food ethicist and Professor of Food Industry at Harper Adams University, who will talk about how problems such as the loss of biodiversity due to the industrialisation of agriculture, the dominance of global agro-corporations and possible effects of Brexit mean that the global food system needs urgently to be redesigned.
FREE and all welcome - in collaboration with Ludlow 21 and part of the Big Food Debate.
